In the 90s and for at the request of a client, we developed and perfected kiln to cook large volumes (180 M3) without cars. This is how the logic of the MOBILE KILN was born. To achieve this goal, these king of kilns were made entirely of robust carpentry, covered in stainless steel and insulated with ceramic fiber. A modern line of high-speed burners with modulating controls and sophisticated software was installed to complete a successful project that has now multiplied in more than 30 kilns sold around the world.

It is possible to complete the supply with a special BRIDGE CART for loading and unloading the material semi-automatically and in very short times.

Its operation can be with different types of fuel as: Natural gas, LPG, Biomass or Wood sawdust.
