Thermal system independent and external to the retort, minimum heat dispersion through the “suspended retort” system.
Temperature control with internal revelation to the retort and in the geometric center of the load.
Process gas cooling system with atmosphere repressor for pre-washing the retort.
Southern opening system to facilitate the maintenance of the insulator.
Temperature control with “auto-tuning” system for self-tightening process.
Residual oxygen presence sensor to guarantee the quality of the inert atmosphere.
Possibility of using gas with up to 5% of H
Inert gas injection line arranged to guarantee the flow of gas into the load (tubes) with extraction and recirculation through the other end of the retort.
