FORNO CATALOG

In the 90s and for at the request of a client, we developed and perfected kiln to cook large volumes (180 M3) without cars. This is how the logic of the MOBILE KILN was born. To achieve this goal, these king of kilns were made entirely of robust carpentry, covered in stainless steel and insulated with ceramic fiber. A modern line of high-speed burners with modulating controls and sophisticated software was installed to complete a successful project that has now multiplied in more than 30 kilns sold around the world.

These modular design equipment are produced in various capacities:

  • 60 m3
  • 120 m3
  • 180 m3

The supply includes:

  • Combustion system
  • Electric system
  • Digital control system
  • Motorized translation system
  • Heat recovery system
  • Ventilatori
  • Control ramp of pressure and gas flow, electrical control board in power and logic.

Everything on board the Kiln and as a single provision, without complex civil works to install.

It is possible to complete the supply with a special BRIDGE CART for loading and unloading the material semi-automatically and in very short times.

The Mazzetti Sistemi offers a specific lay-out for each application and destination of these ovens.

Its operation can be with different types of fuel as: Natural gas, LPG, Biomass or Wood sawdust.

Mazzetti Sistemi has developed Mazzetti VM series intermittent low thermal inertia kiln, which has been installed in several and in the most distant markets in the world, from Russia to South Africa, these kilns produce ceramic material with high added value.

Its particular design (without cars) gives them a mass ratio (the material to be produced has a weight double that of the complete furnace) which translates into a remarkably low energy consumption, which adds to the benefits of a minimal investment as is the one that these equipment requires.
